Adam has the ability to manipulate his own density. Capable of anything from phasing or punching through a wall, to lifting said wall or allowing himself to be carried by the wind over the wall. It allows him to be very versatile when fighting crime.

The limits of this power works on a sliding scale. For example, if Adam increases his density that his speed and movement is reduced but his strength and durability grows. At his densest, he can withstand gunfire, but anything past that is a no-go. His strength at this density increases so much that he is able to lift a truck, but likely not much more than that.

When his density is lowered, the lightest he can get to is feather weight. This allows him to use wind as travel, but his strength is so much lower that it takes concentration for him to move around like that. His limited intangibility allows him to pass through most common materials like wood, glass, plastic but he is unable to pass through anything more dense than concrete. As for organic material (such as people), he can phase through them. However, with the strength loss he isn't able to try anything such as reaching into your chest and stopping your heart.

That being said his shift is not instantaneous. Depending on how far he wants to go, on the scale, it may take a second or two before he is unable to do his previously stated capabilities. Two go from one end to the other would take about five seconds.

First and foremost, his power is activated by will. That being said, if he is not expecting an attack, that he isn't any different from a human in that sense.

This power does NOT offer any kind of protection against energy or mental based attacks. He is vulnerable to them as any human.

He must chose to either be light or heavy. He cannot be both.

With this power, a massive amount of calories are burned when used. This leads to him almost constantly needing to eat and eat a LOT.

With heightened density, comes weight gain. With enough weight, it become a liability. You can't become as heavy as a bus and expect the ledge to keep very long.

He is unable to control his own flight, so if an unfavorable wind came about: Expect trouble.
